Niagara Bound Tours was founded by Lezlie Harper. Lezlie has extensive experience organizing and conducting customized historical tours throughout the Niagara region. As a fifth-generation Canadian descendant of a fugitive slave from Kentucky, she has a personal interest in the history of Freedom Seekers who came to Canada, in particular the Niagara area.
Lezlie is a professional with many years of experience in travel and tourism. With a focus on exemplary customer service, she provides friendly, flexible, informative historical tours that are fun as well as informative. She is always happy to assist you with any of travel needs. It is here goal that you leave the tour and the area with wonderful memories to share with others.
She also has her Ontario Superhost certificate. Former membership to Travel Professionals of Color (TPOC), where in 2009 Lezlie Harper Wells was named TPOC’s Canadian representative.
